 Can you still feel it. 

that gentle breeze in your hair

that earth underneath your feet

that raindrop on your face

that chill on your skin

that warmth of the sun

that sky over your head

that sound of birds

or

is it a mad rush to just go from one place to another

is it a mad rush to complete one work after another

is it a mad rush to beat traffic

is it a mad rush to binge watch one more series

is it a mad rush to make one more dollar

Can you still feel it

    Do you wish to feel it again.

To take a breath and just feel

    Then do that.. 

Take a breath and just stay still 

    till you can feel it all again
